Gilding Wax 10ml jars used to make realistic metallic effects on your card projects. When applied very sparingly with either a soft sponge or with your finger over your cards, it adds a metallic effect. This is how we obtain the worn metallic look on the outside of our lanterns. After painting or covering with distress inks, simply apply a very small amount of wax to a soft sponge or your finger and rub into each crease/corner or crack spreading out thoroughly. With a bit of practice, you will become an expert at giving your project a realistic metal look. Your friends and family will not believe that your project is made from card.
