We strive to offer our customers the most secure and economical carriage charges possible, but due to the change in pricing structure and the high increases implemented by Royal Mail, we have had to revise our carriage charges as follows:

We aim to deliver next day anything ordered by Royal Mail 1st class or 2-3 day courier service if ordered before 10.00am and delivery is within the U.K mainland providing it is in stock. 2nd class will take 2-3days.

We use two main methods of delivery: Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post and 2-3 day signed for courier for larger parcels.

Carriage is charged at the following rates and will be shown when you check out of your shopping cart:

0 - 1Kg                   Royal Mail 2nd class: £3.85                    Royal Mail 1st class: £4.35

1001gsm - 2Kg       Royal Mail 2nd class: £3.85                     Royal Mail 1st class: £6.45

Above 2Kg 2-3 Day Courier (if ordered before 10.00am): £8.00  

Purchases of £80.00 or over - carriage free of charge.

In the unlikely event that your goods fail to be delivered by our nominated carrier within 72 hours of placing your order, let us know at the earliest opportunity so that we can remedy the situation as quickly as possible. If a successful delivery cannot be made within reasonable time, we will replace the ordered goods.

Our liability for non delivery of your order is limited to the goods and cost of carriage only. We regret that we cannot accept consequential loss for non delivery.
